All the payment card services are provided in full, for example, payments via POS-terminals, cash withdrawal from ATMs, internet payments, money transfers, and other services.
It is important to understand that a grace period does not mean a loan remission, but gives an opportunity to stop making payments for a certain period of time, in this case, from March 16 to June 15, 2020.
According to the Client Support Program:
- The principal debt and interests on the loan shall be paid in full, however, no fines or penalties will be accrued
- Subsequent installments shall be made, subject to a loan term extension equal to the grace period or the same loan term, but with an adjusted and increased monthly installment
- The borrower's credit score will not suffer, provided that payments are recommenced according to the new schedule
- No grace period fees will be charged

- No interests will be accrued on any loans during the state of emergency, if the delay in payment of the principal debt and interests exceeds 90 calendar days
- No penalties or fines will be accrued for the delay in payment of the principal debt and interests on the loans for the period from March 16 to June 15, 2020
The automatic (subject to the borrower's consent) moratorium on payments of the principal debt and interests from March 16 to June 15, 2020:
- Without any application or supporting documents required
- Without execution of any amendments to the bank loan agreements
- The Bank shall contact this group of its borrowers itself

Pursuant to Article 68 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", vulnerable social groups shall include:
- disabled persons and participants in the Great Patriotic War;
- persons equated with disabled persons and participants in the Great Patriotic War;
- disabled persons of groups 1 and 2;
- families having or raising disabled children;
- persons suffering from severe forms of certain chronic illnesses included in the list of diseases approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- old-age pensioners;
- orphaned children and legally free children under twenty nine, who have lost their parents before they become of full age;
- oralmans;
- persons who have lost their homes due to environmental catastrophes, natural and man-made emergencies;
- mothers with many children, who have been awarded "Altyn Alka," "Kumis Alka" honorary distinctions or the "Mother Heroine" title, as well as those awarded "Motherhood" orders of category I and II, and multi-member families;
- families of persons killed/died while engaged in the performance of official or public duties, military service, when preparing for or during a space flight, when saving a human life, in the course of law enforcement;
- single-parent families;
- Recipients of the state targeted social assistance in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Targeted Social Assistance";

- The loan term shall be extended by up to 3 months

The monthly will not be increased, except for the correction of the last three installments:
- the interest amount for the grace period shall be reallocated to the last three installments
- in case of a partial early repayment, the deferred interests shall be included in the early repayment amount

- On a case-by-case basis, according to the borrower's application, the Bank may grant a moratorium on payments of the principal debt and interests for up to 90 days, subject to the subsequent corrections to the payments
- If a late payment occurs during the state of emergency, accrual of the penalties and fines for the delay in payment of the principal debt and interests will be suspended according to the borrower's application
- Commerce, including by Shopping Mall lessees, consumer goods shops, excluding grocery stores, drugstores and related supply channels
- Sports, tour and hotel businesses, including tour operators and travel agencies
- Passenger and cargo transportations, other than foodstuff and medicine transportation
- Catering, including restaurants and coffee bars
- Domestic services, leisure and recreation entities, including theaters, cinemas, photographing and camera shooting, exhibitions and conferences, parties organizing, beauty salons and fitness centers
