Details of the product
Requirements for borrowers 
  • You must be at least 21 years old;
  • You must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • You have no overdue debt exceeding 60 calendar days for the last three years.
Lending purpose To buy apartments in the following cities: Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, Aktobe, Aktau, Atyrau, Karagandy, Kokshetau, Kostanai, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semei, Taraz, Uralsk and Ust-Kamenogorsk, Turkestan, and in the village of Kosshy.
The title to the purchased apartment may be registered in favor of the borrower or third party 
Loan currency Tenge 
Loan amount 
  1. Minimum amount – 1,000,000 Tenge.
  2. Maximum amount – 40,000,000 Tenge, except for Nur-Sultan and Almaty Cities, where the maximum loan amount shall be 65,000,000 Tenge.
Down payment 
  1. from 30 % of the value of the apartment to be purchased, if the Borrower has confirmed all his/her income;
  2. from 50% of the value of the apartment to be purchased, if the Borrower's income is confirmed partially.

*an opportunity to provide an additional collateral as the down payment in the form of a real estate that complies with the Rules of Issue of Mortgage Loans by Kazakhstan Mortgage Company MO JSC to Individuals with the View of Purchasing Apartments via Agent Banks. 

Interest rate 
  1. if income is confirmed in full – 12% p.a.
  2. if income is confirmed partially - 14% p.a.
  • for consideration – 5,000 Tenge;
  • front end fees – 1% of the loan amount;
  • for refinancing – according to the approved tariffs of the Bank
Collateral security (pledged property) 

Senior mortgage - the apartment to be purchased;

Additional collateral:

  • Residential and/or commercial real estate;
  • No land plot or industrial warehousing property may be accepted as an additional collateral or senior mortgage;
  • Life cycle of the real property shall not exceed 50 years as of the date of submission of the loan application, unless the real property is located in Almaty (the life cycle of such property shall not exceed 60 years)
Insurance Compulsory insurance of the apartment to be acquired, as well as real property provided as an additional collateral 
Early repayment An early repayment, whether complete or partial, shall be allowed at any time, subject to payment of the actually accrued interests. If an early complete or partial repayment occurs within up to 6 months after the loan disbursement, the Borrower shall pay the early settlement fees in the amount of 1% of the principal repaid; upon expiration of 6 months, no early settlement fees shall be chargeable.
