Details of the product
Requirements for borrowers 

You must be 21 to 68 years old;

You must be a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Currency Tenge
Financing product- revolving credit facility; 
- non-revolving credit facility;
- independent bank loan;
Credit facility/ loan amount

- with income documents: up to 70% of the collateral value, subject to provisions of the Bank's internal regulations;

- with indirect income confirmation: up to 50% of the collateral value, subject to provisions of the Bank's internal regulations.

Furthermore, the maximum credit facility/ loan amount shall not exceed 30 million tenge secured on real property based in  Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Atyrau, Aktau, Shymkent, whereas if it is secured on real property located in other regions, the amount shall not exceed 20 million tenge.

without income documents: 

If the collateral provided by the client or third-party individual is as follows:

- residential real estate, which is not the only one, or nonresidential  real estate – 35% of the collateral value, subject to provisions of the Bank's internal regulations; 

- residential real estate being the only one – from 15% to 35% of the collateral value, subject to provisions of the Bank's internal regulations. 

Furthermore, the maximum credit facility/ loan amount shall not exceed 10 million tenge.

With all the income documents - from 19% p.a. (Annual Effective Rate of Return is from 20.9%)

With indirect income confirmation – from 20.5% p.a. (Annual Effective Rate of Return is from 22.7%)

Without income documents – from 23% p.a. (Annual Effective Rate of Return is from 25.7%)

Fees for the issue and loan servicenone 
Insurance The Borrower/ Insurant's annual insurance of single-family houses and nonresidential property as the pledged asset, subject to the compulsory prolongation until the Borrower fulfills all his/her liabilities under the Bank Loan Agreement in full. Apartments are not required to be insured.
Collateral securityReal property owned by the borrower and/or third-party individual.
