Description of the Bonuses

Bonuses – an equivalent unit, provided to the Client using the Bank’s funds at activity by the Client that satisfies the requirements of the Bonuses Loyalty Program’s terms.

When the Bonuses are to be accrued?

The Bonuses are payable on a daily basis (as at the close of business) upon receipt of the financial document pertaining to the successfully conducted transaction.

How to view the Bonuses accrued?

The Bonuses may be viewed in the user's My Account of the Client's mobile application – see the Single Bonus Account in the "My Bank" Section. The Bonuses are also displayed in the transaction details in the card statement. The Bonuses are payable with regards to all the card products held by the same payment card holder, regardless of the number of payment cards held by the client, and are consolidated on the Single Bonus Account.

For which payments are the Bonuses to be accrued?

The Bonuses are to be accrued for the following payments with the card:

• for payments made through a POS-terminal

• for online payments made within or outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

However, please note that the Bonuses will not be accrued for all the purchases. By contacting the Jýsan Bank Call Center at 7711 (toll free from mobile phones) you can become aware when no Bonuses are to be accrued, or the Bonus accruals will be lower than the standard Bonus. In addition, by clicking the link https://jysanbank.kz/ru/cards you may check out the list of codes of retailer and service outlets, for which no Bonuses will be accrued.

What are the minimum and maximum Bonus amounts?

The maximum Bonus amount payable to a single client, regardless of the number of payment cards, including other card products, held by him/her, shall be up to 35,000 Tenge per month and is to be consolidated on the Single Bonus Account.

The maximum number of the Bonuses to be accrued per transaction is 10,000 Bonuses.

How and where to spend Bonuses?

Bonuses’ usage is possible in the Mobile application: payment for the services and Jmart service.

In the Jysan Mobile application, the following service types are available for payment:

  • Cell phone
  • Utilities services
  • Transport
  • Internet, telephone and TV
  • Beauty and health
  • Stores and discounts
  • Education
  • Charity
  • Financial services (Jýsan Invest only)

Jmart trade service is the e-commerce site wherein you can buy all that you need!

Is any Cashback to be accrued for a loan repayment/installment?

The Cashback for a loan repayment/ installment shall be paid in the amount of 1% of the monthly interests paid, subject to the following conditions:

• Only to the new clients, who have received a loan to their payment cards;

• The loan term is at least 24 months;

• The monthly installment on the loan has been made using a payment card issued by the Bank;

• The monthly installment on the loan is paid by the deadlines set forth by the repayment schedule (there are no overdue monthly installments).

No Cashback shall be paid for the Bank's interests paid in case of an early loan repayment.

Is any Bonus accrued for the payment of any penalties/ public utilities?

No Bonuses are accrued for the payment of any penalties / public utilities.

Such transactions shall be deemed equal to a money transfer to the entity's account.

Are any higher Bonuses available?

Together with the card, the following packages are available to you, depending on your interests: 

1. TRAVEL package (for travel enthusiasts) will allow you to receive up to 10% Bonuses if you make a purchase via the "Travel" Section using the Jýsan mobile application and to withdraw cash without any fee from ATMs located outside Kazakhstan! 

2. CYBER package (for gamers) – you will get up to 15% Bonuses on STEAM!

Which payments do not qualify for the Bonuses?

No Bonuses shall be accrued for the following transactions: 

• telecommunications (telecom services, Internet, television, etc.); 

• utility charges; 

• payments related to car and truck dealerships; 

• payments for railway tickets (unless made within the Travel package); 

• servicing and postal services;

• filling stations; 

• pledge payments, bonds; 

• taxes paid, payments to the budget, and penalties;

• cash withdrawals;

• money transfers and cash crediting.

In case of return of goods and services, the Bonus is not paid.

Are any Bonuses to be accrued for transactions executed via ApplePay and SamsungPay?

The Bonuses shall be accrued according to your card service terms and conditions. Transactions conducted using ApplePay and SamsungPay shall be deemed equivalent to cashless payments.

Are any Bonuses to be accrued for transactions executed using a QR-code?

No Bonuses are to be accrued for transactions conducted using a QR-code, as such payment shall be deemed equal to a bank transfer.

What should be done, if the Bonuses are credited improperly or have not been received at all?

If the Bonus amount appears to be accrued improperly, subject to any exclusions, you should contact Jýsan Bank's Call Center at 7711 (toll free from mobile phones).

Is it possible to pay using Bonuses and partially using money from the payment card?

When payment for the services in the Jysan Mobile application in the Jmart trade service the client can use payment by Bonuses both fully and partially with the use of the payment card, chosen for payment.

Is it possible to transfer Bonuses in real money?

The Client’s Bonuses are not subject to transfer between the accounts (own/third parties), are not subject to exchange to real money, and cannot be used for repayment of a technical overdraft or other debt of the Client to the Bank.

No Bonuses are currently available for the Charge Cards.

Why Bonuses, but not cashback?

Bonuses motivation program offers more loyal terms, such as:  

  • raised rates for purchase – up to 2% , previously, the cashback rate was 1.3%
  • absence of minimum payment limit of Bonuses, previously, it was from 500 tenge,
  • raise of maximum limit of payment of Bonuses up to 35,000 monthly, previously, it was up to 15,000 tenge.
  • Bonuses’ payment is made daily (at the end of the transaction day, at receipt of the financial document on concluded operation), previously, cashback was paid at the last reporting day of the month.

The Bank always try to improve efficiency of its products and services, therefore we are not satisfied with what has already been achieved. Are there any basic Bonuses for cashless purchases?

The basic Bonuses are as follows:

from 0.5 to 2% - for cashless payments*

up to 25% - the Bonus for a cashless payment related to the purchase of a Jýsan Garant insurance product*

up to 15% - the Bonus for payment for the Jýsan Mobile communication using a Jýsan bank card*

*provided that the accrual of the Bonuses is specified by the card processing tariffs
