Current account
What is the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from the current account?

There are certain limitations applicable to legal entities:
- For small business entities – up to 20,000,000 (twenty million) Tenge;
- For medium-sized business entities – up to 120,000,000 (one hundred twenty million) Tenge;
- For large business entities – up to 150,000,000 (one hundred fifty million) Tenge.
If the cash withdrawal limit is exceeded, the legal entity shall submit its supporting documents to the Bank for approval by the State Revenue Committee.

Where can I obtain the information of the topping up of or withdrawals from the account?

The information of the current account balance is available in the Internet Banking System, can be requested from the manager of your branch or from the Call Center, if you can provide the memorable word.

How to withdraw cash from a hard currency account?

PEs/ farm enterprises may withdraw /deposit foreign currencies to their foreign currency accounts, without any restrictions.
Legal entities may withdraw /deposit the money, subject to the prior conversion of the foreign currency to Tenge.

Will any fee be charged for closing of the current account?

Yes. The current account closing fee shall be 5,000 Tenge per account (standard tariff), provided that the current account is to be closed  by the client's initiative.
