LoungeKey is a program providing access to airports' business lounges throughout the world; the access is granted to holders of the MasterCard World Elite cards

To use the LoungeKey service, a MasterCard World Elite card holder shall initially have his/her payment card registered on the dedicated website www.loungekey.com/jusanbank and obtain the approval from the website. Thereafter, when passing to a business lounge, the card holder should inform the lounge personnel that he/she would like to access it under the LoungeKey program, and should produce his/her payment card. 

Since the card is embossed, it authorizes only its holder to use the service. Furthermore, the card holder may bring his/her guests to the lounge. The number of his/her guests depends on conditions of a particular business lounge (3-4 guests on average). 

To use the LoungeKey service, it is required to produce a payment card, which authorizes you to have an access to the business lounges under the LoungeKey program.

The LoungeKey program does not provide for any service for accelerated airport procedures.

The fee for each visit of the card holder and each guest under the LoungeKey program shall be written off from the card holder's account during the next reporting month. The Bank will write off the fee once it receives the relevant report stating the number of visits, from Mastercard. For this purpose, the card holder must ensure that the balance on his/her bank account is sufficient for the writing off.
The price is 27-30 US dollars per visit per person.

If there are any problems related to the LoungeKey program, you are advised to contact the dedicated round-the-clock Client Service Center. The Center's employees are proficient in several languages. The Service Center's telephone numbers are published on the program website www.loungekey.com/jusanbank. 

It is possible to download a mobile application and find the required lounge, as well as get other requisite information through the program website.  

At an airport, it is possible to find business lounges by indicators with the LoungeKey business lounges' logo. The information of each business lounge's location is also available on the website https://airport.mastercard.com/ru and through the LoungeKey mobile application.

The services available at different business lounges may differ.  The list of services available at a particular airport can be found on the program website and through the mobile application. 

The MasterCard World Elite payment cards enable their holders to access to the LoungeKey business lounges for free twice a year (any subsequent visits will be debited from the client's account according to the partner's tariffs published on www.loungekey.com). You can check out the number of available free visits to the LoungeKey business lounges once you get registered on the website or through the LoungeKey mobile application.

The cost of a business lounge under the Lounge Key Program is $27 - $30 per visit (and per each additional guest). After all the free visits available to you are used, the cost of each subsequent visit shall be debited directly from your card.

When calculating the free visits under the LoungeKey program, a calendar year shall be used, from January 1 to December 31.
