July 1, 2020, Almaty. – Jýsan Bank announces changes in its Board of Directors according to the resolution of its sole shareholder dated June 26, 2020.
Thus, due to Bolat B. Zhamishev's leaving office, Archag Patrick Vosgimorukian has been elected a Non-executive Director and a new member of the Board of Directors with effect from July 1, 2020.
Archag Patrick Vosgimorukian, a French citizen, was born in 1973. Graduated from the American University of Paris in 1994; majored in International Affairs. From 1998 to 2000, was the Equity Research Analyst covering telecom, media and technologies in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA TMT) at Societe Generale Securities. In 2000 to 2007, he was in charge of Mergers and Acquisitions in the Central and Eastern European markets and CIS countries at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance London Ltd. In 2007-2008, as the Managing Director of Renaissance Capital Central Asia, he supervised investing and banking operations in Central Asia and the Caucasus. From 2009 to 2015, as a Non-executive Director was a member of the Board of Directors of Kazkommertsbank JSC. From 2010 to 2016, was a member of the Supervisory Board of Mobile Telecom-Service LLP (Tele2 Kazakhstan). He established and has been engaged in governance of a number of venture capital funds since 2012.
The Bank shall have the new member of its Board of Directors approved by the Kazakhstani Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market according to a procedure and subject to the deadlines set forth by the laws.
