According to an international research by Randstad Employer Brand Research released on April 27, 2021, Jusan Bank ranks among the top three companies under The Kazakhstan Most Attractive Employer category out of all companies operating in the financial services sector.
For Kazakhstan, such a research was conducted last year for the first time, whereas globally it has been covering dozens of countries of the world over the last few years. The main goal the international research team seeks to achieve annually is to determine the most attractive sectors and best employers. The research method enables them to obtain data revealing opinions of able-bodied population aged 18 to 65.
"Our Bank managed to cope with challenges in the particularly trying year of 2020 mostly thanks to the collaborative efforts of its entire team. We ensured the absolutely smooth operation of the Bank on the instant when the quarantine had been declared. Not only the top managers' herculean labor, but also the high professionalism of each Bank employee proved to be the key to success," Aibek Kayip, Chairman of the Management Board of Jusan Bank said. "We are happy to be ranked among most attractive employers in Kazakhstan and are sure that the recognition completely highlights our corporate values, when the personnel are viewed as our Bank's most important asset. In the long run, we are going to strengthen our standing as to attractiveness of the employer's brand."
Kazakhstanis were polled in January 2021. The findings are based on opinions of approximately 4 thousand people and cover nine sectors, including the financial one. Respondents shared the information about methods they use to choose a job, how often they change their jobs, where they are looking for an employer and what the reasons for their choices are. Ultimately, the responders pointed to the following critical criteria for an attractive employer: an adequate salary (79%), financial stability (72%), career growth (67%), a pleasing working environment and an interesting job (61%).
The rating by Randstad Employer Brand Research is believed to be the most extensive and recognized employer rating. This year it covers 34 countries that in aggregate account for 80% of the world economy.
