April 14, 2020, Almaty. – Jýsan Bank has launched the free delivery service for the social cards to be used to receive welfare benefits in the amount of 42,500 Tenge. The welfare benefits are expected to compensate the income lost due to the state of emergency.
For the time being, the service is available to citizens of Nur-Sultan and Almaty, where the quarantine prohibitions are the strongest and the branches operations are limited. Delivery may be ordered through the Jýsan mobile application.
In addition to the free opening and delivery of the social cards, the Bank also grants the one-year free servicing and zero fees for the withdrawal of up to 300,000 Tenge per month from any ATM in Kazakhstan. In addition, the 1.3% cashback can be received for cashless payments using the card.
"People have now to stand in long lines at banks' branches to receive the compensation for loss of income. It is not only embarrassing, but also dangerous in the current quarantine circumstances. Therefore Jýsan Bank has launched a helpful service – our couriers will deliver the cards within Nur-Sultan and Almaty. The delivery service will be available to both existing and new clients of the Bank," Jýsan Bank Managing Director, Larisa Belova, said.
The cards are delivered on the second day after the order is placed, on weekdays, from 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. For the safety purposes, the couriers are provided with all the requisite PPE.
A card may be used immediately after an SMS is received to the mobile phone number stating that the card can be activated using the mobile application.
