Jýsan Bank Branches in Nur-Sultan and Almaty to Suspend Operations

Online services to be still available

According to the joint order of the National Bank of the RoK and Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, operations of all the banks' branches shall be suspended from March 30 to April 5, 2020, inclusively, in Nur-Sultan and Almaty.

During the limited operation of its branches, Jýsan Bank will ensure an uninterrupted operation of all its key services and online service channels, such as payroll accounting and crediting to the cards, performance of payment and transfer transactions, as well as its Mobile and Internet Banking systems.

All the payment card services shall be available in full – payments via POS terminals, cash withdrawals via ATMs, Internet payments, money transfers and other services.

Clients have the Jýsan mobile application at their disposal. The online banking system is available for legal entities.

Loan Repayment Methods:

• Top up your bank card via Cash-in ATMs and Kassa24 terminals. Then transfer money to the repayment account using the Jýsan mobile application;

• Top up the repayment account using a Kassa24 terminal.

The current and card account top up fees – 0 Tenge

On weekdays, the Jýsan Bank branches in the other cities operate as usual, but their working hours are from 09.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m.
