Salem, Jusan Bank!
On April 29, 2019 Tsesnabank JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) announced the change of its name. The new name of theмBank is First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC with the retail brand Jusan Bank (Jýsan Bank in the approved Kazakh Latin alphabet).
"All of us know the spring spicy smell of jýsan(wormwood)– the scent of revival and renewal of the Great Steppe. In fact, it is the smell of our Motherland binding the epochs: the past, the present and the future. The name of our Bank, spelled in the new Kazakh Latin alphabet, embodies our values: identity and progress”, commented Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank Mr Bekzhan Pirmatov.
The decision on rebranding was made as part of the Bank’s new business strategy. During 2019, the Bank will gradually change its outdoor advertising and introduce new banking products and other items with the Jusan Bank name and logo. The customers do not need to bother and amend any documents related to any activity with the Bank,neither re-issue cards nor re-sign any agreements.
"We have successfully got through the transition period, had the Bank completely rehabilitated and already launched new loan products with competitive terms. As of April 1, 2019,the Bank is among the top three market leaders by the share of highly liquid assets with more than KZT 680 billion or 70% of total assets, and ranks first by loan loss reserves, which points to our complete sustainability”, said Bekzhan Pirmatov.
"Renaming to Jusan Bank is a positive event, both for our team and our customers, where all our new products and services will be promoted from the point of view of innovation and convenience. We want everything at Jusan Bank to be comfortable and reliable like at home", concluded Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Jusan Bank.
In February 2019, First Heartland Securities JSC, the investment division of the financial holding company of the group of autonomous educational organizations Nazarbayev University, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, acquired 99.5% of common shares of Tsesnabank JSC.
