On September 30, 2021, Almaty – Jusan Bank acquired at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) a noncontrolling package of shares of Kcell mobile operator.

The shares were acquired at KASE open tender on own competition ground.
Previously, in November 2020, Jusan Bank in partnership with Tele2/Altel has launched the project of the first in the country virtual operator of mobile communication Jusan Mobile thanks to which the Bank’s clients with monthly cashless payments over 50 thousand tenge can use the services of mobile communication and mobile Internet free of charge, as well as participate in different Loyalty Programs. It is possible to connect to Jusan Mobile network using Jusan mobile application, having received a new number or made a transfer of have already available number.
